Job Summary Summary Responsible for providing spiritual care to patients, families, visitors, and staff. Patients are seen at the bedside or in outpatient settings as assigned. Involved in all aspects of care, including but not limited to team meetings, family meetings, and goal discussions. Staff support is provided through 1:1 encounters and group gatherings in the units and other locations as needed. Also charged with developing and leading hospital-wide and community faith-specific and interfaith services. Work as team members in accordance with the department\'s mission and vision statements. Does this position require Patient Care? Yes Essential Functions Counsel individuals or groups concerning their spiritual, emotional, or personal needs.

• Share information about religious issues by writing articles, giving speeches, or teaching.
• Respond to requests for assistance during emergencies or crises.
• Visit people in homes, hospitals, or prisons to provide them with comfort and support.
• Administer religious rites or ordinances. Qualifications Education Bachelor\'s Degree Related Field of Study required and Graduate Diploma Related Field of Study preferred Remote Type
