Job Description

Full-Time Youth Pastor Opportunity Lebanon First Assembly of God (LFA) - Lebanon, Missouri LFA is in an exciting season of rebuilding and renewed vision. God is doing great things in our church, and we're looking for the right leader to help us invest in the next generation as we continue to grow together. Our youth ministry already has a solid foundation, with 25-40 students attending regularly. This isn't a ministry you're expected to build from scratch—it's a ministry ready for someone to disciple, develop, and lead into its next chapter. Who We're Looking For Someone who: Loves Jesus wholeheartedly and has a clear call to youth ministry. Is passionate about helping students become lifelong followers of Christ. Can preach God's Word with biblical truth and practical application. Enjoys building relationships just as much as planning events. Works well with staff, volunteers, and parents. The ability to lead worship is a plus and may be reflected in compensation. Aligns with the doctrines and beliefs of the Assemblies of God. Holds AG credentials or is willing to pursue credentialing. What You'll Do Lead weekly youth services that are biblically grounded, engaging, and fun. Build authentic relationships with students and their families. Recruit, equip, and encourage a team of adult volunteers. Plan camps, retreats, outreach events, mission opportunities, and activities students can't wait to invite their friends to. Invest in students beyond Wednesday nights through mentoring, school events, and community involvement. Work alongside our pastoral team to help fulfill the whole church's mission and vision. This will include ministry opportunities and projects beyond the scope of youth ministry.
Salary:
$40,000-$45,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
