Through hands-on ministry experience, leadership development, theological training, coaching, and mentorship, residents will grow personally, spiritually, and professionally while serving within a thriving church environment. Residents will actively serve on a ministry team at Graceway while receiving intentional investment from church leaders through weekly development, practical ministry opportunities, and ongoing feedback. Our heart is to help develop leaders who not only step into their calling, but are equipped to sustain that calling for the long haul. Program Overview The Graceway Residency combines:

• Hands-on ministry experience
• Side-by-side coaching and mentorship
• Leadership development
• Theological and spiritual formation
• Team and church leadership exposure
• Real-world ministry opportunities Residents will gain practical experience in ministry while developing leadership skills, spiritual maturity, and a deeper understanding of healthy church culture. Residency Areas Potential residency opportunities may include:
• Pastoral Track
• Creative Arts Track
• Hospitality Track
• Operations Track Key Responsibilities
• Serve within an assigned ministry area under the leadership of a ministry coach/supervisor
• Participate fully in weekly ministry responsibilities, services, events, and team meetings
• Engage in leadership development environments and ministry training
• Attend and participate in theological and spiritual formation sessions
• Demonstrate a teachable spirit and willingness to grow through feedback
• Build healthy relationships with staff, leaders, Dream Team, and church attendees
• Represent Graceway's culture, mission, and values with excellence and integrity
• Assist with ministry planning, execution, communication, and leadership opportunities as assigned
• Participate in the life and community of Graceway Church What Residents Will Receive
