Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a Worship Pastor to join a healthy, growing church averaging 350 in weekly attendance and experiencing steady 4% growth over the past two years. With a $1.8 million renovation underway—featuring a complete overhaul of the worship center and AVL systems—you'll step into a modern, forward-thinking environment alongside an established praise team, experienced worship band, and a 30+ member choir. Building on this strong foundation, you'll help lead a vibrant worship culture that advances a clear and compelling vision: to know God, serve others, and reach our community. This full-time position serves as the primary leader of the church's worship ministry. This role combines a pastoral heart with musical excellence to serve the spiritual needs of the church family through dynamic, Christ-centered worship services.
