This includes everything from teaching, to leading a ministry group, pastoring any specific groups, etc. Furthermore, please include the years that you participated in/oversaw these ministries and the names of the churches you were serving. These references should be able to testify to your character, your spiritual growth, your ability to lead, and your relationship with Jesus Christ.
