This position provides administrative, communication, scheduling, and office support for the Pastor, staff, ministry leaders, and congregation.
Responsibilities include:
Managing office operations and reception Coordinating church communications, website updates, social media, and e-newsletters Preparing worship materials and meeting packets Maintaining membership records, calendars, and schedules Supporting church events, livestreams, and ministry activities Coordinating facility and vendor-related needs Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational and communication skills, maintain confidentiality, work well independently and collaboratively, and demonstrate a heart for serving within a church environment. Preferred Skills Microsoft Office Canva Constant Contact Zoom Website and social media management Google Docs/Drive experience This role plays an important part in helping Grace Lutheran Church create a welcoming, organized, and mission-focused ministry environment.
