Associate Pastor of Ministries Ballston Lake, New York | Full-Time Help Build a Church Focused on Making Disciples Living Hope Christian Church is looking for an Associate Pastor of Ministries who loves Jesus, loves people, and is passionate about developing leaders. You'll work closely with our Senior Pastor to strengthen discipleship, develop volunteer leaders, build healthy ministry systems, and help people take their next step with Christ. What You'll Do You'll provide leadership across multiple ministry areas, including: Recruiting, training, and caring for volunteer leaders Strengthening discipleship pathways Supporting Kids, Youth, Groups, Guest Services, and church-wide events Building healthy ministry systems and processes Working alongside the Senior Pastor in vision and strategy Helping develop future leaders throughout the church Preaching and teaching as opportunities arise Who We're Looking For We're more interested in character and leadership potential than years of experience.
