- Full-time Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pastor to lead our congregation with integrity and vision.
The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering spiritual growth, providing guidance, and supporting the community through various life events. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a passion for mentoring individuals in their faith journey. Responsibilities Deliver engaging sermons that inspire and educate the congregation. Provide crisis intervention and management support during challenging times. Plan and coordinate church events, including worship services, community outreach programs, and special ceremonies. Offer bereavement support to families in need, providing comfort and guidance during difficult times. Mentor church members and volunteers, fostering their spiritual development and leadership skills. Communicate effectively with congregants, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy. Manage conflicts within the church community through effective conflict resolution strategies. Collaborate with church leadership to develop programs that meet the spiritual needs of the congregation. Requirements Proven experience in pastoral ministry or a related field. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on mentoring others. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to plan events effectively while managing multiple responsibilities. Experience in crisis intervention and management is highly desirable. A deep understanding of theological principles and a commitment to educating others in their faith. Compassionate approach to bereavement support and counseling. Ability to navigate conflicts with sensitivity and professionalism.
