At the Dalton location, the Community Life Pastor is responsible for the overall direction and operation of programming and volunteer teams within specific areas of ministry. The CLP develops and coaches members of the campus staff as well as key volunteers to succeed in a variety of ministries, and works closely with Campus Pastor and central leadership to ensure the campus is operating in a manner consistent with the vision and mission of Living Water.
