This role provides pastoral care services to residents, family members, and associates Responsibilities Provide worship and spiritual enrichment opportunities to residents and staff Attend to residents who are homebound or in local hospitals, either personally or through Friend Visitor program. Support residents with end-of-life spiritual care Assist with Advance Directives/Advance Care Planning Offer Pastoral Counseling to residents, family members, and associates Perform spiritual assessments and spiritual plans of care for residents. Participate in interdisciplinary team care planning Lead Vespers, Independent Living Bible Study weekly, pastoral care, and visitations as needed Requirements Current Master's Degree of Divinity, and Ministry Ordination, preferred Minimum of 2 years serving a congregation, preferably in a senior community or health care setting. Minimum of 1 unit CPE, or ability to achieve within first 18 months. Strong knowledge of Advanced Directives demonstrated, and well as familiarity with end-of-life processes and care. Board Certified Chaplaincy preferred Excellent communication skills Microsoft Office proficiency.
