Job Description
The Well Church is seeking a highly collaborative and experienced leader for the position of Pastor of Administration and Adult Education in a community of Jesus followers focused on hospitality, generosity, discipleship, justice, and missional culture. Located in Edmond, Oklahoma just north of the Oklahoma City Metro, The Well Church is a growing community that is welcoming, inclusive, egalitarian, and supportive of all people. At The Well, people from any persuasion can come and learn from Jesus. For many, it is something of a last stop, or a last chance to be part of a faith community, a place to heal from past personal or church hurt or abuse, and a place where it is okay to ask hard questions and learn together.
