Job Description
A Path of Care Hospice is seeking a PRN Chaplain for the Enid area to provide compassionate spiritual support to patients and families. What You'll Do As a Chaplain, you provide spiritual and emotional support to patients and families throughout their hospice journey.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting spiritual assessments and offering individualized support Assisting with bereavement services as needed Participating in the interdisciplinary Plan of Care to ensure high‑quality spiritual care Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in patient charts Building relationships with community religious and spiritual leaders Coordinating access to community spiritual resources for patients and families Supporting the development of hospice‑community partnerships Your presence brings comfort, guidance, and peace to those navigating end‑of‑life experiences. Qualifications Ordained minister or chaplain in good standing within your denomination Excellent communication skills Strong creativity and motivational abilities Ability to work collaboratively as part of a hospice care team Understanding of the grief process for patients and families Reliable transportation, valid Oklahoma driver's license, and proof of insurance Work Schedule PRN Flexible hours Ready to Join Our Team?
