Job Description
Goldsby Church is seeking a Christ-centered, biblically grounded Lead Pastor who loves God, loves people, and is passionate about making disciples who make disciples. We are looking for a humble shepherd who faithfully preaches and teaches God's Word, develops pastoral staff and church leaders, and equips our congregation to grow in spiritual maturity and live on mission. Our church is committed to loving people well—both within our church family and throughout our schools, neighborhoods, and communities. We desire a pastor who will champion this culture by leading with biblical wisdom, compassion, and collaboration while equipping others to share the hope of Christ.
