Job Description

Part-Time Worship Leader Light to the World Ministries is seeking a passionate, dependable, and spiritually grounded Part-Time Worship Leader to help lead our congregation into meaningful worship.

Responsibilities:

Lead praise and worship during Sunday services. Select Christ-centered, biblically sound worship music Help build and develop the church's worship team. Work closely with the Pastor to support the vision and flow of worship services. Create an atmosphere that encourages authentic worship and spiritual connection.

Qualifications:

Strong Christian faith and commitment to ministry. Vocal and worship-leading experience preferred. Ability to play keyboard or another instrument is a plus, but not required. Reliable, teachable, and able to work collaboratively. Comfortable with both contemporary worship and traditional/gospel music.

Schedule:

Part-time, primarily Sundays with occasional rehearsals and special services. We are looking for someone who understands that worship is more than music—it is ministry.

Pay:

$25.00 - $50.00 per hour
