Job Description
Elizabethtown Church Of God Pastoral Job Description The pastor's primary role is to partner with the Elders in implementing the mission and vision of the First Church of God of Elizabethtown.
Primary roles include:
- Lead and disciple the house church leaders in the implementation of our mission and vision.
- Provide administrative/organizational oversight of the large gathering.
- Provide spiritual oversight, working in conjunction with the Elders, for the overall spiritual guidance of the church family.
- Provide leadership as the lead pastor on staff with any additional church staff.
- Current credentialing as recognized by the Churches of God General Conference and Eastern Regional Conference
- 12-15 hours per week, salaried
- Medical insurance covered by pastor
