Job Description Are you called to a new, collaborative ministry that could transform the Church? This position combines a half-time commitment to Trinity Church, Swarthmore, and a further, half-time commitment to collaborative Youth and Family Ministries across the Deanery. The parish of Trinity, Swarthmore, and the Delaware Deanery lay and clergy leadership are excited to offer this new model for collaboration. We believe not only that it will serve our deanery well, but that it could become a model for the larger Church. We also believe it represents a unique and exciting opportunity for a priest—perhaps new or newer to ordained ministry—to explore ministry in both parish and inter-parish settings, with strong support from seasoned clergy and active laypersons.
