  • Part-time Executive Director of Ministries (Part-Time) Higher Purpose Church | Mooresville, NC Higher Purpose Church is a growing, multi-generational Assemblies of God church seeking an Executive Director of Ministries to help develop leaders, strengthen ministry systems, and support our next season of growth.
This is not primarily an administrative position. We are seeking a builder who develops leaders, strengthens systems, and helps ministries grow. The Executive Director will partner closely with the Lead Pastor to improve ministry effectiveness, develop volunteer leaders, strengthen accountability, and create organizational capacity for future growth. Key Responsibilities Strengthen ministry systems and processes Develop volunteer and ministry leaders Improve ministry accountability and reporting Support assimilation and guest engagement systems Help build scalable ministry structures Coach and support ministry leaders Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is: Growth-minded Organized and strategic Comfortable developing leaders Able to create accountability Collaborative and team-oriented Passionate about discipleship and ministry growth Preferred Experience Ministry leadership experience Volunteer leadership development Team leadership experience Experience building systems and processes Church leadership experience preferred Experience in a church of 300+ attendees preferred Employment Details Part-Time (approximately 30 hours/week) W-2 Employee $45,000
