Creative Arts Director/Pastor

Not every church is looking for the same kind of creative leader. Some want someone to keep the machine running. Some want polished content more than real ministry. Some want a platform personality. That's not who we are. At 4 Points Church , we exist to reach the least, the lost, and the lonely with the gospel of Jesus Christ. We're a church for real people who are still being changed by Jesus, and we want our worship gatherings and creative ministry to clearly support that mission. This role is built around providing vision, leadership, and systems for worship and creative ministries so that weekend gatherings and church communications clearly communicate the gospel. We're looking for a Creative Arts Director or Pastor who can help lead worship and creative ministry in a way that is clear, thoughtful, and people-centered. This role includes shaping worship environments, leading creative direction, building teams, and creating systems for planning, rehearsals, communication, and content development. It also requires someone who can develop volunteers well and build a healthy team culture marked by humility, collaboration, and spiritual maturity. We're located in Greer, South Carolina , in the Upstate between Greenville and Spartanburg. It's a great part of the country to live in, with a strong sense of community, access to parks, lakes, and trails, and a blend of growing-city convenience and family-friendly living. This is also a meaningful season at 4 Points. We're currently seeing nearly 1,000 people in weekly attendance, up from about 300 four years ago. Our 9:45 and 11:15 services are standing room only most weekends, we've added a third service at 8:30, and we're preparing to move into a new facility next door that will nearly double our seating capacity and ministry space.
