This role exists to create environments where people can encounter God through worship while developing healthy teams, cultivating spiritual growth, and supporting the overall vision and mission of Harvest Church. The Worship Pastor must be a spiritual leader having an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ believing he died and rose again for our sins. Salary is based upon full-time or part-time with experience taken into consideration. Primary ResponsibilitiesWorship Leadership Organize and lead the congregation in worship during weekend services and Wednesday Youth service, staying sensitive and responsive to the leading of the Holy Spirit. Create worship experiences that help people connect with God and engage in authentic worship. Work collaboratively with church leadership to support the vision and direction of the church through worship. Other duties assigned. Team Development & Discipleship Lead, develop, disciple, and shepherd worship team members spiritually, relationally, and musically. Foster a culture of excellence, unity, humility, and servant leadership within the worship ministry. Build meaningful relationships with team members and provide encouragement, mentoring, and pastoral care. Recruit, onboard, and develop new musicians and vocalists through the Harvest Worship Team audition and onboarding process.
