The Church at Quail Creek in Amarillo, Texas, is seeking a Senior Pastor to lead our multigenerational congregation with biblical conviction, spiritual maturity, and a heart for reaching the lost. We are a welcoming church family known for strong Life Group ministry, biblical preaching, and a renewed desire to impact our community with the gospel.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Deep, authentic walk with God; prayerful, Spirit-led, and humble
• Models a healthy family life with integrity and teachability
• Preferred 5-20 years of pastoral ministry experience
• Master's-level seminary degree preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver clear, engaging, Scripture-centered preaching
• Cast compelling vision and lead collaboratively with staff, trustees, deacons, and ministry teams
• Provide loving pastoral care and build relationships across generations
• Champion discipleship, mentoring, and community-focused evangelism
• Equip and empower leaders throughout the church
