Job Description:

The Pastor to Children position is full-time and responsible to the Senior Pastor and the personnel committee. The job will entail the following children's responsibilities along with one additional area of ministry, based on giftedness. 1. Design and implement a discipleship plan/curriculum for children and families. 2. Oversee and be actively involved in annual children's outreach events: VBS, Fall Festival, Easter, etc. 3.Develop and implement activities for children and families: sharing the Gospel, encouraging spiritual growth, and fostering community.

FBC Caldwell is a growing church in a rural area. We are 28 miles from College Station, Texas (think Texas A&M). Do not let the word rural confuse you. We are a county seat church in a small town that is expected to double in size in the next 5 years. We currently run 210-225 in worship on average (that includes a 75 person growth in the last 12 months). God is moving in our community and we are excited.
