This role is ideal for someone who loves students, thrives in building programs from the ground up, and creates environments where every young person feels seen, valued, and included. We believe in creating safe, joyful spaces where students can grow in faith and belonging. Position Overview The Youth Director will: Build and launch a new youth program for middle and high school students Create weekly gatherings that are fun, meaningful, and spiritually formative Develop relationships with students and families Recruit and equip volunteers Plan events, service projects, and outreach opportunities Foster a culture where everyone is welcomed and loved, no exceptions Qualifications Passionate about youth ministry and discipleship Creative, energetic, and able to connect with students Strong communication and organizational skills Able to work collaboratively with church leadership Committed to the mission and values of Grace Church Corpus Schedule and Compensation Part time position Weekly responsibilities include planning, gatherings, and Sunday involvement
