City Church in Charlottesville, Virginia, is seeking a full-time Youth & Young Adult Pastor to help the next generation follow Jesus, grow together, and serve others. Located just 15 minutes from the University of Virginia, City Church is entering an exciting season of expansion as it prepares to break ground on a new 12,000-square-foot facility featuring dedicated gym space. In this dual-portfolio role, you will lead a thriving youth ministry (REACH) averaging 30 students while strategically building authentic community and discipleship for post-college young adults (ages 22-30).
