Director of Youth Ministry

Do you have a passion for helping students grow in their faith and build meaningful relationships? Are you energized by creating spaces where middle and high schoolers feel seen, valued, and inspired to follow Jesus? We'd love to meet you! Crozet Baptist Church is seeking a Part-Time Director of Youth Ministry (up to 15 hours/week) to lead a dynamic and Christ-centered ministry for students in grades 6-12. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of young people and their families while partnering with a supportive pastor and church team.

What You'll Do:

Create engaging weekly gatherings, Bible studies, and discipleship opportunities Plan fun and meaningful events like retreats, service projects, and fellowship activities Build authentic relationships with students and mentor them in their faith journey Recruit and equip a team of passionate adult volunteers Partner with parents to support faith at home Help integrate youth into the life of the church

Who You Are:

A committed follower of Jesus with a heart for students Relational, approachable, and enthusiastic Organized and able to lead within part-time hours A strong communicator who enjoys working with both youth and adults
