$27.00 per hour

Overview of position:
We are looking for a Youth Pastor for middle and high school age youth, to serve as their spiritual leader, mentor and teacher. The role involves encouraging the spiritual growth of our youth at a formative time in their lives; working with their parents and families; leading a volunteer team; being part of our church staff team (which includes attending staff functions, as well as helping with church events where necessary.) We are looking for a candidate who is:
- Able to disciple younger people and teach the Bible with confidence.
- Pastorally experienced with a desire to invest one-on-one with the youth.
- Able to organize fun activities.
- Open to running summer camps and mission trips.
- Sensitive to those with neurodivergent and special needs.
Other Competencies:
We are looking for a person who is theologically orthodox and open to charismatic spirituality. You do not have to be an Anglican for this post. You do have to be passionate about God!
