Job Description
Administrative Responsibilities Maintain a youth ministry calendar and budget. Ensure all youth activities comply with church policies and safety procedures. Coordinate transportation, permissions, and volunteer schedules for events. Attend staff meetings and provide regular ministry updates. Qualifications A confirmed personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Agreement with the beliefs and mission of Popes Creek Baptist Church. Strong character and Christian testimony. Ability to effectively communicate and teach God's Word. Passion for working with students and families. Strong leadership, organizational, and relational skills. Ability to recruit and lead volunteers. A ministry degree and previous youth ministry experience are preferred. Expectations Be an active member of Popes Creek Baptist Church. Demonstrate Christ-like conduct both inside and outside the church. Support the church's vision, ministries, and leadership. Participate in worship services and church-wide events. Maintain a servant-hearted attitude toward students, families, and the congregation
