Key Responsibilities

• Sunday morning sermons
• Lead Bible Classes on Sunday mornings and weekday adult bible classes
• Oversee and coordinate Sunday Morning Worship Service for a multi-generational congregation.
• Coordinate with Elders, Staff, and Ministry Leaders for consistent application of mission statement, guiding principles, vision statement, and core values
• Work with Elders and Staff to develop a plan for Church growth
• Minister to church members as needed, including counseling, sick visits, and other needs
• Foster discipleship in church members
• Work with community groups to foster relationships that extend beyond Sundays The Ideal Candidate
• Has an intimate and growing relationship with Christ
• Is a strong writer and speaker
• A good teacher
• Has strong interpersonal skills
• Is a great communicator
• Has a working knowledge of technology
• Has a high standard of integrity
• Is a team player
• Is emotionally and relationally mature

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (in Bible preferred)
• 6 years of experience senior minister in a Church of Christ church
