Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Pastor/Director to lead our middle and high school ministry. The ideal candidate will have a heart for youth ministry and a desire to help students know, grow, and flourish in their relationship with Jesus Christ. Essential Qualifications

• Active, growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Valid Washington State driver's license
• Must pass a nationwide background check
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience working with middle and high school students
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with youth and their families Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor s degree preferred
• Previous youth ministry experience
• Commitment to ongoing theological education Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement engaging youth ministry programs
• Mentor and disciple students in their faith journey
• Build relationships with parents and families
• Collaborate with church leadership and volunteer teams
• Create safe, inclusive environments for spiritual growth
• Plan and lead youth events, activities, and mission opportunities Required Competencies
