Program Overview Brighter Path Montgomery is an intensive residential treatment facility providing an array of gender specific, evidenced based and trauma informed services for females, ages 12-18, with serious and/or chronic emotional and/or behavioral management problems that interfere with the child's ability to function in the family, school and/or community setting outside of a residential environment. The Job We are seeking a talented individual to help drive the success of youth in our communities. Under the direction of the Shift Supervisor, the Youth Care Worker will provide direct service delivery to residents using professionally acceptable methods and techniques and assures a high standard of documentation that meets all necessary standards and requirements. Seeking staff to fill 12 hour shifts from 6 pm- 6 am.
QUALIFICATIONS HS
Diploma or GED 1 year minimum experience

From $16.00 per hour
