Job Description:

The Resident Relations assistant works under the directions of the resident relations manager to support the needs of residents and their family members and responsible parties to ensure the psychosocial needs of residents are being met. The Resident Relations Manager assists during the admission and discharge process of residents and coordinates meetings with residents during their stay to evaluate and efectively contribute to the plan of care needed for each resident that provides counseling and assistance as needed. •Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a fingerprint clearance card.•
