Our team operates with a shared focus on supporting individuals in early recovery through structure, engagement, and daily follow-through. The work environment is collaborative and fast-paced. Staff are expected to be present, reliable, and aligned with program expectations. Team cohesion is important, and day-to-day operations require clear communication, mutual respect, and a willingness to contribute beyond minimum requirements. Can operate effectively in a fast-paced residential setting. Are comfortable balancing routine responsibilities with real-time problem-solving. Value team collaboration and accountability. Position Summary We are hiring a Behavioral Health Technician with prior experience in substance use or mental health treatment settings. The role requires familiarity with residential or outpatient program operations and the ability to support clients through daily structure, transitions, and behavioral accountability. Minimum Requirements RADT certification (active and in good standing) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (minimum 3 years) At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health, including residential, PHP, or IOP settings Ability to remain engaged, responsive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and develop professionally Primary Functions Ensure clients are prepared and on time for scheduled groups and clinical services Provide behavioral support and redirection as needed within program guidelines Assist with problem-solving in day-to-day operations and client interactions Collaborate with team members to maintain consistency in program structure and expectations Additional Context This role involves direct interaction with clients in early recovery. Staff are expected to model appropriate behavior, maintain professional boundaries, and support a structured, recovery-oriented environment.
