One California Job Summary and Responsibilities Position Summary:

The Resident Assistant is responsible for all assigned duties related to the care, well-being and safety of the residents. Responds to residents' needs and provides residents with assistance in daily activities. Assists inorienting and training staff members.

Job Requirements Minimum:

One (1) year experience as a resident assistant in an assisted living facility in the past 5 years American Heart Association Basic Life Support - (BLS-CPR) First Aid (FAC) Ability to read, write, understand and communicate clearly in English. Ability to demonstrate basic math skills. Preferred Six months experience caring for senior population
