Full-Time Reports to: Senior Project Manager About the Role Steller Renovation Solutions (SRS) is a small residential renovation company looking for an experienced and versatile Residential Renovation Field Technician to work hands-on at our projects throughout the Denver metro area. This is a field position for someone with broad residential construction knowledge and strong hands-on skills . Our projects range from repairs and smaller improvements to larger renovations and preparing homes for sale in partnership with The Steller Group. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working across multiple trades, takes pride in doing things correctly, and can independently work through the variety of tasks that come up during residential renovation projects. What You'll Do Perform hands-on renovation, repair, and improvement work at residential properties Complete punch-list items and general construction tasks across a variety of trades Perform carpentry, drywall repair, trim and door work, hardware installation, fixture replacement, and other general renovation work based on experience Troubleshoot residential construction and repair issues and identify practical solutions Assist with job-site preparation, protection, cleanup, and project completion Pick up and deliver materials and supplies as needed Work alongside subcontractors and other team members to keep projects moving Communicate project needs, problems, and progress to the Senior Project Manager Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site Move between multiple residential projects as company needs require What We're Looking For Strong hands-on experience in residential construction, remodeling, renovation, maintenance, or a related field Broad understanding of residential construction and how the different components of a home work together Experience with multiple types of residential repair and improvement work Good carpentry and general construction skills Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine practical solutions Ability to work independently and complete assigned work without constant supervision Dependable, organized, and willing to jump in wherever needed Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Professional and respectful when working in clients' homes Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable insured vehicle Ability to safely perform physical construction work, including lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, and working with construction tools and equipment Experience across multiple trades is highly valued. We don't expect one person to be a licensed plumber, electrician, HVAC technician, and carpenter—we are looking for someone with enough residential construction experience to understand what they can handle themselves and when a specialized trade is needed. Who Will Be Successful Here The right person is a well-rounded residential construction professional who likes working with their hands and enjoys variety . You might come from remodeling, carpentry, home maintenance, handyman work, residential construction, or a similar background. More important than a specific job title is having strong practical skills, good judgment, and the ability to figure things out. Because SRS is a small company, flexibility is important. Some days may involve completing finish carpentry or drywall repairs, while others may involve installing fixtures and hardware, addressing a punch list, or helping solve an unexpected problem at a project.
