A Residential Assistant or Advisor works in a residential mental health, long-term care, or substance abuse treatment facility and provides support for patients, including resolving conflicts, helping them adjust to their environment, and alleviating concerns. Performs inspections and assists with move-ins and facility programming.

Clinical Director Position Overview The Group Administrator will play a key leadership role in coordinating and facilitating therapeutic and life-skills groups while also helping guide and train mental health interns. This position works across office settings, group homes, and community environments, providing hands-on support and structured programming to youth and young adults. This role requires strong facilitation skills, behavioral health knowledge, and the ability to mentor interns while maintaining a supportive and structured environment for participants. IT & Facilities Manager Position Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and upkeep of TSI Cares Network's administrative offices and residential group homes. This position ensures that all facilities remain safe, functional, clean, and welcoming for youth, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, skilled in general maintenance, and able to work independently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED. Minimum of two (2) years of general maintenance or handyman experience. Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable transportation. Ability to travel between multiple TSI Cares Network locations. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Experience working in residential homes, healthcare, schools, or nonprofit organizations. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance. HVAC certification or trade certifications are a plus but not required. Work Schedule Approximately 20-25 hours per week. Flexible weekday schedule coordinated with the IT & Facilities Manager. Occasional evenings or weekends for emergency repairs or special projects.
