This position will be responsible for residential HVAC sales in our Keith Lawson Services division. Responsibilities
- Develop sales opportunities in the commercial HVAC market
- Generate a complete and detailed estimate on every sales call in the format set forth by management
- Generate a heating/cooling load calculation when needed
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
- Develop a complete understanding of products and services offered by KLS
- Submit all required paperwork and information for sold jobs in a timely manner Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel, Outlook and Word
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Comprehensive knowledge of residential HVAC industry
- Ability to generate an accurate load calculation
- Experience with Service Titan preferred Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Clean background check
- Previous sales experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States Benefits
