Responsibilities Provide daily support and supervision to residents in our educational community housing. Collaborate with educational and administrative staff to promote a holistic learning environment. Organize and lead cultural and recreational activities that reinforce our school's curriculum and values. Assist in the development and implementation of resident service plans. Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment within the housing facilities. Manage conflicts and crises, employing de-escalation techniques and promoting a positive residence atmosphere. Monitor the well-being of residents and report concerns to relevant school staff. Required Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in conflict resolution and crisis management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
