Schedule:

Part-time (20-29 hours/week), overnight shifts between 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM, including weekend availability (schedule may vary) At Willis Dady Homeless Services, housing is more than a place to live. It is the foundation for stability and opportunity. We are seeking a dependable Supportive Housing Resident Assistant (RA) to support overnight operations in a Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) complex supporting individuals working toward housing stability. In this role, you'll help maintain a safe and stable overnight environment for tenants within a 13-unit PSH complex. You'll work primarily independently while staying connected to a team focused on helping clients overcome barriers and move toward greater independence. What You'll Do As an overnight Resident Assistant, you are the primary on-site staff member, helping ensure a safe and stable environment for tenants in their homes. In this role, you will: Monitor the building and grounds to ensure safety and security Support a respectful community environment within the apartments Build positive, professional relationships with tenants Enforce property policies with consistency and respect Respond calmly and effectively to situations that arise overnight Communicate important updates with supervisors and coworkers Accurately document incidents, observations, and shift activity Support the overall mission of helping clients maintain housing stability What We're Looking For Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with tenants Ability to work independently and make sound decisions overnight Comfortable working primarily alone while staying connected to a team Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to stay calm, professional, and solution-focused Experience in human services or working with individuals experiencing homelessness (preferred) Must be at least 18 years old Ability to pass required background checks Why Work With Us?
