None Required. The Opportunity You will play a vital role in the Jcorp Design Build Team by supporting the successful execution of diverse real estate development and construction projects. This position offers a clear path for professional growth, allowing you to learn from seasoned experts while ensuring our job sites remain safe, organized, and efficient. You will be part of a company that values local roots and provides the tools necessary to build a fulfilling career in the real estate industry. How You Will Make an Impact Assist the Senior Superintendent in observing and managing all aspects of construction from groundbreaking to project completion. Monitor job site activities daily to ensure strict compliance with building safety codes and as-built conditions. Engaged in hands-on job site labor tasks and site maintenance to keep projects moving forward efficiently. Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized job site environment to facilitate peak performance from all trade partners. Coordinate with the Project Management team to provide onsite follow-up and support for technical questions. Review project plans and schedules to help ensure all builds remain on time and within the established budget. Supervise onsite laborers and foremen to ensure quality standards are met across every phase of the project. Required Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in a construction-related role (commercial or residential experience preferred). Strong foundational knowledge of construction methods, materials, and onsite safety practices. Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints, project documents, and site schedules. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to daily challenges. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Experience operating project management or scheduling software. Demonstrated desire to grow into a lead Superintendent role through mentorship and field experience. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary of $60k-$75k+ based on experience.
