In this role, you will help individuals build independence while ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. We provide comprehensive training and coaching that equips staff with the necessary skills they need to succeed, including, but not limited to, First Aid and CPR, basic health and safety practices, emergency response procedures, individualized support strategies, documentation, communication, advocacy, and so much more!
