Job Description

Crosspoint Human Services is seeking compassionate and energetic professionals to deliver high-quality care and meaningful support to individuals with diverse needs, including developmental disabilities, mental illness, and other health conditions. In this role, you will help individuals build independence while ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Your dedication will foster a culture of respect and belonging, where individuals feel valued every day. You will make a meaningful and lasting impact through individualized care, attentive monitoring, and compassionate assistance. Crosspoint prioritizes the safety of our team members and the individuals we serve. We provide comprehensive training and coaching that equips staff with the necessary skills they need to succeed, including, but not limited to, First Aid and CPR, basic health and safety practices, emergency response procedures, individualized support strategies, documentation, communication, advocacy, and so much more!
Responsibilities and Duties:
Duties include but are not limited to: Promoting socialization through community outings and individualized one on one outings with individuals served. Ensure the health and safety of individuals served while promoting independent living skills in the community and in the home. Assist with and teach activities of daily living. Actively participate as a valued member of the individuals served treatment team. Crosspoint Human Services offers a variety of shifts, with shift differentials available for eligible positions.
First Shift:
8 a.m•4 p.m. with alternating weekends (8 a.m•8 p.m.)
First Shift:
8 a.m•4 p.m.•Monday through
Friday Second Shift:
4 p.m-12 a.m.
Third Shift:
12 a.m•8 a.m. with alternating weekends (8 p.m•8 a.m.) No DSP certification? No problem! Crosspoint Human Services offers comprehensive on the job training to become a DSP in 90 days.
