Job Description

Brad Bachman Homes, Inc. is seeking a full-time Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee daily job site operations and manage residential construction projects.
Salary :
$80,000-$90,000 per year, plus potential performance bonuses.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day construction activities on assigned projects. Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections. Maintain project schedules and meet deadlines. Monitor quality to ensure work meets company standards. Identify and resolve issues. Communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, and management. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites. Perform or assist with minor construction tasks when needed to keep projects moving. Assist with job site organization, material handling, and coordination of deliveries.
Requirements:
Residential construction experience required. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness and ability to perform occasional hands-on construction work as needed. Ability to read and understand residential construction plans. Ability to lift and move materials weighing 25+ pounds. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. No DUI convictions.
Compensation:
$80,000-$90,000 annual salary. Performance bonus opportunities. Company vehicle provided during work hours.
