Job Summary Empowerment Academy is seeking dependable, compassionate PRN Resident Assistants to provide support to young adults participating in our residential program. This position is ideal for someone with a flexible schedule who would benefit from living on-site at no cost to them. Duties Supervise and support residents in a safe, respectful environment. Enforce program policies and maintain appropriate boundaries. Act as a mentor and guide to resident students. Assist residents with daily living skills and program activities. Complete required documentation and incident reports. Perform routine safety checks of the facility. Communicate effectively with staff and leadership.
