HIRING PART-TIME & PRN

Position Overview This role provides assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Independent Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) in accordance with each resident's individualized service plan.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide resident assistance with personal care needs. Support bathing, dressing, hygiene, mobility, and dining. Assist with medication self-administration and documentation. Encourage participation in activities and daily routines. Monitor and report changes in resident condition to Resident Service Director. Maintain a clean and safe living environment. Communicate professionally and effectively with residents, their families, team members and leadership.

Qualifications:

Caregiving or personal care experience preferred. Assisted living or group care experience is a plus. Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. Reliable, compassionate, and flexible with scheduling.
