HIRING PART-TIME & PRN

Our community is built on professionalism, compassion, and working together. We are currently seeking dependable and compassionate individuals to join our team. Position Overview This role provides assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Independent Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) in accordance with each resident's individualized service plan.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide resident assistance with personal care needs. Support bathing, dressing, hygiene, mobility, and dining. Assist with medication self-administration and documentation. Encourage participation in activities and daily routines. Monitor and report changes in resident condition to Resident Service Director. Maintain a clean and safe living environment. Communicate professionally and effectively with residents, their families, team members and leadership.
Qualifications:
Caregiving or personal care experience preferred. Assisted living or group care experience is a plus. Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. Reliable, compassionate, and flexible with scheduling.
