The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse patient populations, including seniors, individuals with developmental disabilities, or those requiring specialized care such as Alzheimer's or memory care. Duties Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Monitor and record vital signs. Maintain infection control standards through aseptic techniques and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Resident Assistant qualification preferred. Strong communication skills coupled with compassion and patience for caregiving roles. Ability to adhere to infection control protocols and maintain confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines. Flexibility to work various shifts including nights or weekends if required by the facility.
