Part time / 23 hours per week:
Sunday:
9:00 AM-11:00
PM Monday:
2:00 PM-11:00 PM
REQUIRED - READ CAREFULLY
Valid U.S. driver's license is
REQUIRED
Must have reliable access to an insured personal vehicle Driving is an essential function of this role Applicants WITHOUT a driver's license and vehicle will NOT be considered Must be able to pass a driving background check Vinfen is seeking a Residential Counselor to support adults with developmental disabilities in a community-based residential setting. This role focuses on skill-building, independence, community integration, and daily support. Key Responsibilities Provide individual and group support in a residential program Teach daily living, self‑advocacy, and independent living skills Support community integration, social activities, and relationships Assist with ADLs, medication administration (per MAP), and appointments Provide transportation to community activities and appointments Maintain documentation, logs, and progress notes Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive home environment Collaborate with families, supervisors, and support teams Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in developmental disabilities or human services preferred Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and follow support plans MAP certification required or willingness to obtain Apply today to join a mission-driven team supporting individuals to live full and meaningful lives in the community.
