Job Description

Position Title:
Graduate Coordinator, Residential Experience Job Description:
Reporting to the Director of Residence Life, the Graduate Coordinator of the Residential Experience provides direct administrative support for the Residential Experience Team, including both the University Housing team and the Office of Residence Life. This position is live on campus and an in-office position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the front desk operation and general administrative operations for the University Housing and Residence Life departments Manage the email account for the Housing Operations and Residence Life departments by responding in a timely and accurate manner Assist with the key operations of the department including but not limited to issuing and receiving keys for resident students and placing work orders for key requests Provide excellent customer service to any visitors of the office Assist in greeting office visitors, directing inquiries as appropriate, answering telephones and assuring requests for assistance are handled in a timely and professional manner Assist in answering questions and resolving common problems for students, staff, families and the public Perform word processing, filing, copying, scanning, mail processing, office errands, etc. Other duties as assigned Collaborate with students to address needs and implement individual and community solutions

A commitment to support and enhance the Catholic identity of the University A commitment to support and enhance an inclusive University community, and experience working with a wide range of student populations Bachelor's degree required Must be organized and efficient Ability to successfully multitask Flexibility to a work schedule that may include occasional evening and weekend responsibilities Approaches challenges with a flexible, innovative mindset, and works with the team to develop an optimistic, can-do spirit Excellent organizational, written, verbal, and planning skills Ability to establish trusting and respectful relationships with students Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Workday Ability to maintain a professional but friendly demeanor at all times, including the ability to remain calm and patient in stressful situations Ability to multitask efficiently Periodic evening or weekend responsibilities Participate in an on-call rotation as necessary Salary/Hours/Benefits $10,000 Salary, 12-month contract Part Time May be expected to work occasional weekends (as needed) Tuition Remission Benefits.
