Leasing Assistant Overview
  • Assist with leasing operations and tenant relations for a dynamic housing organization.
  • Support clients in navigating leasing processes and housing applications.
  • Ensure compliance with housing regulations and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain tenant satisfaction and resolve issues.
  • Provide administrative support including documentation and record-keeping.
  • Contribute to the success of housing initiatives and community programs.
  • Engage with tenants to address concerns and provide solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and tenant communications.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Coordinate leasing activities including tenant applications and lease agreements.
  • Assist tenants with inquiries and provide guidance on housing options.
  • Ensure compliance with housing policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and organized leasing documentation and records.
  • Collaborate with team members to address tenant concerns effectively.
  • Support housing initiatives and contribute to community engagement programs.
  • Provide administrative assistance to leasing operations and management.
  • Monitor tenant satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
Job Requirements
  • Associate of Science (AS) degree or equivalent education required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in leasing or housing operations.
  • Preferred 3 years of experience in tenant relations or leasing.
  • Strong knowledge of housing regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in leasing software and administrative tools.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with team members.
