Job Description
The BHP III
- Residential assumes the role of overseeing the day-to-day management of the individual shifts. As a BHP III
- Residential , the expectation remains the same as a BHP II
- Residential in terms of providing intensive supervision and direction to emotionally and behaviorally challenged clients in a compassionate and respectful manner. The position requires an unwavering commitment to safety and the ability to continuously assess and manage the ongoing developments and concerns of the clients in our care. The BHP III
- Residential is responsible to implement individualized treatment and milieu programming, in the context of trusting and supportive relationships with clients. The BHP III
- Residential assists program leadership with ongoing coaching and mentoring of the full-time and relief Behavioral Health Professionals
- Residential in milieu management, adolescent behavior, safety, and crisis intervention and de-escalation.
