Job Description

Pathlight Community Services is Hiring Crisis Residential Technicians in Ann Arbor Do you want to make a difference in the lives of others? Pathlight Community Services is seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Crisis Residential Technicians in Ann Arbor. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide support and crisis intervention to individuals in need.
What We Offer:
Competitive pay: $22.20 starting, increasing to $22.70 upon completion of training.
Sign-on bonus:
$250 for new hires, with an additional $250 upon completion of training and staffing requirements. Full-Time and Part-time position for Midnights 12a-8a . Opportunity to gain valuable experience in the human services field. Fast-paced and rewarding work environment
What You'll Do:
Maintain a clean and safe living environment. Assist residents with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and transportation. Provide crisis intervention and support. Work as part of a team to assess and meet residents' needs. Process an individual client intake on site at the time of client arrival. Participate in stabilization/crisis plan for each client. Manage a discharge process at the conclusion of the individual's crisis residential treatment.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness OR an associate's degree or higher in a human services field. Must be able to complete the WCCMH medication training and pass the test Experience with staff supervision preferred. High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license or ID. Ability to pass a criminal background check. Recent BSW graduates are welcome! This is a great opportunity to gain valuable clinical experience and hone your skills. Ready to Make a Difference?
