Position Overview We are seeking dedicated Resident Assistants to provide compassionate, person-centered care to our residents.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, transferring, feeding Offering emotional support and companionship Monitoring and responding to residents' needs with attentiveness and empathy Qualifications Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 60 pounds Must pass a physical exam, drug screening, and receive an annual flu shot Clear background check required Availability for every other weekend and holiday rotation Why Holland Home?
