In this role, you will provide personalized care and support to residents while helping maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with seniors and are looking for a flexible schedule. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Assist with meal service and encourage proper nutrition and hydration Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff Provide companionship and emotional support Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents Respond promptly to resident needs and emergency situations Follow all community policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Qualifications Previous caregiving, resident assistant, CNA, STNA, or healthcare experience preferred Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and flexibility to work various shifts Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed At Continental Senior Communities, we live by our
